◼ Controller box cannot work after connecting with orange container:
Solution: Check whether orange container is connected with controller unit; Check whether
fuses needs to be replaced.
◼ Charger fails to charge:
Solution: Check whether select suitable voltage range (115V or 230V); Check whether the
input or output fuses are burn out; Check whether the orange container’s fuse is burn out.
◼ Battery cannot full charged:
Solution: Keeping charge for one hour to check whether voltage is rising. If not, maybe the
reason is because aging of battery, it is recommended to change a new battery.
◼ Battery consumption is too fast
Solution: Low environment temperature may influence battery life; Prepared more orange
containers as actual request; Aging of battery may influence battery life and it’s recommended
to change a new battery.
