9.4 Depar tment File (S3 Mode)
The Department File program allows you to categorize your PLU information into
departments. Departments may be numbered from 1 – 99. The departments that are
defined may also be assigned to groups using S Mode – S4 Main Group File.
9.4.1 Entering Departm ent Infor mation
1.) Start at the norm al weigh mode
screen
2.) Press the Mode Key tw ice
3.) Press the X key twice
4.) Press the Pr int/* key
5.) Enter the Departm ent Number (1 –
99)
Ex.) Enter Department Number 1 by
pressing the number one key
