SGI Gigabit Ethernet Adapter Faceplate
The faceplate of the SGI Gigabit Ethernet Adapter has one 1000Base-SX fiber-optic connector
for connecting the adapter to a Gigabit Ethernet segment. There are also two LEDs on the face-
plate: one to indicate link status and the other for data transfer status.
Once the adapter hardware and its driver software have been properly installed on your system,
the LEDs will indicate the following adapter states:
