4: Chassis Maintenance
Removing a Slimline Optical Drive
1. Remove the cables.
See A in Figure 4-24.
2. Lift up the blue tab to release the optical drive.
See B in Figure 4-24.
3. Slide the optical drive out.

4. If no device will be installed in this location, install a filler panel in this location.
