Managing System Drive Groups
Aftersystemdrives(SDs)arecreated,theyshouldbeplacedintosystemdrive
groupstooptimizesystemperformance.IfyourSDislargeenoughtouseall
thespaceintheRAIDgroup,youcannothavemultipleSDsinthatRAID
group,andyoumustcreateasystemdrivegroupcontaining
justtheoneSD.
Youcancreateasystemdrivegroupeitherautomaticallyormanually.(See

Caution:Whencreatingasystemdrivegroup,youmustensurethatthesystem
drivesbeinggroupedarelocatedon
thesamephysicaldevices(orRAID
group).Otherwisesystemperformancecanbeadverselyaffected.
