7. Install the bridge board by opening the retention mechanism (see letter “A” in the
figure below) and inserting it into the connector on the server board (see letter “B”
in the figure below). Close the retention mechanism to hold the bridge board in
place.

8. Install the server system cover. For instructions, see “Installing the System Cover”.
9. Plug all peripheral devices and the AC power cable(s) into the server.
