3: Configuring Software and Utilities
If you run the FRUSDR Load Utility from a diskette, copy the utility from the CD. Follow
the instructions in the included README.TXT file.
If the diskette drive is disabled, or improperly configured, use BIOS Setup to enable it. If
necessary, disable the drive after you are done with the FRUSDR utility.
How You Use the FRUSDR Load Utility
The FRUSDR Load utility:
Is compatible with ROM-DOS Ver. 6.22, MS-DOS Ver. 6.22, and later versions
Accepts CFG, SDR, and FRU load files (the executable file for the utility is
frusdr.exe)
Requires the following supporting files
–Oneormore.fru files describing the system's field replaceable units
–A.cfg file describing the system configuration
–An.sdr file describing the sensors in the system
Command Line Format
The basic command line format is
frusdr [-?] [-h] [-d {dmi, fru, sdr}] [-cfg filename.cfg] [-fru
filename.fru]

-? or -h Displays usage information
-d {dmi, fru, sdr} Displays requested area only
