CMD Host Value Description
Command OpCode Range
APE A1 NA Sets the master timing for AMTOR mode, this
parameter is normally not used.
AAB AU NA Sets the WRU auto-answerback response String
RAS AB 45,75 Sets the ASCII mode Baudrate. There are
or 110 two alternate forms of the command. These are
Baud “ABU” and “ABD”. These command will raise
or lower the current baud rate.
ACH AG NA Forces AMTOR Breaking when TNC is linked
ARQ
AE $#### Sets the current memory location for reading.
Example for mem location 9. $0009.
ADE AD 5..80 Set AMTOR tx delay to <xx> where xx = ms
ALI AL NA Initiate AMTOR Listen mode (Mode L)
ALF AI Y/N Set Auto Line Feed ON(=Y)/OFF(=N)
This command ONLY effect CMD mode and
does not effect HOST operations.
AMT AM NA Change operating mode to AMTOR, force
STBY.
AO 0…250 Sets the ARQ timeout for PACTOR mode. If
this value is set to 0, the timer is disabled.
ARQ AC Selcal Format <SOH>ACselcal<ETB>
ASC AS na Change operating mode to ASCII
BAU BA na Change operating mode to Baudot
DAT Set Date. Not Supported at this time
DIS Not Supported in Host Mode
DSP DSP <xx> ... issue commands to the DSP
Not Supported in Host Mode at this time
FEC FE na Initiate AMTOR FEC
HEL Help Command. Not supported in Host Mode
IGA IG 1..15 Set Input Gain
HOS HO Y/N Enter Host Mode
MYS MG Selcal Set Myselcal. Where Selcal is the Selcal
address for example (SSGC)
OGA OG 1..15 Set Output Attenuation
PAR PG callsign Starts an ARQ call to another station. The call
sign field is mandatory.
PBY PT na Places TNC in PACTOR Standby Mode.
PDY AD 5…100 Set the transmit delay in milli sec.
