How Does It All Work?
Home Automation
The Escort
TM
5580TC/4580 is a telephone-
interface and automation-control module that
is compatible with PowerSeries and MAXSYS
control panels respectively. The Escort supports
thermostat control, turns any touchtone phone
into a fully functional system keypad and can
control up to 32 X-10 devices within a residence.
Video Surveillance
For CCTV surveillance, add the video
signal from 1 or 3 security cameras to UHF
channels 14 to 78 and CATV channels 65
to 139 with VM-1100 and/or VM-3100
video modulators.
Telephony
The HS-TH200 analog telephone
module distributes 4 incoming
telephone lines to 11 locations
in the home or office.
Power Supplies
For back-up power, ConcourseEXP
offers an optional mounting tray for a
7 Ah rechargeable, sealed, lead-acid
battery and knockouts for AC outlets.
Universal Mounting Plate
The HS-MP500 universal mounting plate provides additional
mounting options for all ConcourseEXP cabinets. The
HS-MP500 can be mounted horizontally or vertically for custom
installations. Mounting holes are provided for ConcourseEXP
modules and the plate comes with hook-and-loop strapping for
the mounting of other manufacturers’ low-voltage devices.
Network
Distribution
The HS-DH400 is a 4-port data
distribution hub that facilitates simple
interconnection of Cat 5e cabling
within the ConcourseEXP enclosures.
LAN Network
An 8-port 10/100 switch allows the
interconnection of up to 8 computers or
peripherals to create a Local Area Network
(LAN) within the home or office.
Cabinets
The ConcourseEXP structured cabling system
offers home-system integrators a variety of
cabinet sizes, door styles, wiring knockouts,
raceway configurations and mounting plates.
Wiring Channel
The removable raceway, additional
lances, tri/multiple conduit knockouts
and horizontal slots provide superior cable
management and ease of installation.
Security
ConcourseEXP integrates seamlessly
with our proven PowerSeries
™
or
MAXSYS
®
alarm control panels
and accessories.
Security Expansion
The PC5108 zone expander supports
expansion of the security system. Each
module contains 8 hardwire zones.
Video
Distribution
ConcourseEXP offers a broad
range of video distribution
modules that directs cable
and satellite service to multiple
rooms in the premises.
Audio Distribution
The HS-AH600 provides a simple and
economical way to distribute sound
throughout the home or office.
