DSC is taking care of product development with new, state-of-the-art, R&D facilities and
virtually unlimited resources worldwide. Our engineers and scientists have a mandate to
develop products that are easy to install, simple to use and reduce false alarms. In
addition, DSC products use the latest, most advanced technology for increased
reliability.
...taking care of manufacturing
DSC is taking care of manufacturing by continuing to make significant investments in
our production facilities, with manufacturing now on line in three factories. To enhance
our ability to manufacture a high volume of dependable products, we have purchased
the newest automated equipment to facilitate the latest production techniques.
...taking care of quality
DSC is taking care of quality through our commitment to new global ISO standards and
the Six Sigma Total Quality Management (TQM) methodology. We have also invested in
sophisticated test equipment to be utilized with newly established employee-driven
quality assurance programs and continuous development initiatives. In addition, all DSC
manufacturing employees undergo intensive, electronics manufacturing training.
...taking care of our customers
DSC is taking care of our customers in other ways, including the DSC Customer Help
Center (CHC). This centralized department handles all technical issues as well as sales
and general enquiries in multiple languages. We have also expanded our training
resources. In addition to our highly trained outside sales force, a core of dedicated field
trainers and our “distant learning” capabilities ensure our customers have the
information they need to get the job done right.
