Skyroute cellular-based transceivers take security communications to
new heights. Skyroute transceivers provide an affordable
wireless alarm communication alternative to phone
lines, protecting against accidental line cuts
caused by storms, construction or deliberate
tampering by an intruder. They can even be
used as the primary communication device.
Skyroute transceivers connect to virtually any
control panel and are simple and easy to install
and program.
Signals are transmitted over an established digital cellular network
control channel to DSC’s signal clearing house that in turn transmits
the signal to a central station monitoring service. However, unlike
other cellular-based systems, DSC verifies the alarm signal has been
transmitted before sending a confirmation signal back to the
premises. Skyroute wireless alarm communicators provide fast,
reliable, verified alternative communications.

The T-Link TCP/IP transmitter is compatible
with the Power864 and MAXSYS control
panels. It works within a proprietary LAN/WAN
(intranet) to communicate alarm signals
efficiently and economically to a SG-DRL-IP
central station receiver line card, or to a PC
utilizing the SG-Reporter IP
™
software. The
T-Link connection is fully supervised when used in
conjunction with the SG-DRL-IP receiver line card.
Any tampering or network trouble will be detected. This
allows the administrator to respond to the situation
instantly. With the use of DSC’s DLS
™

downloading software, site administrators can
request information from the panel, change user
information, generate status reports and gather
daily maintenance details (schedules, arm/disarm
information) from a PC via the TCP/IP network.

Signal Clearing House
DSC’s Connect 24 Signal Clearing House provides a complete dealer support
network for North America. A highly trained staff takes care of dealer enrollments,
account changes, reports and billing inquiries. Activation is easy via a state-of-the-art
Voice Response Unit (VRU) and an automated transceiver activation system that
provides simple voice prompts to enroll and confirm signal strength. With the VRU
the entire activation process can take less than 5 minutes. Unlike other providers,
Connect 24 has separate and secure redundant facilities to manage your alarm
