PRECAUTIONARY STATEMENTS: HAZARDS TO HUMANS & DOMESTIC ANIMALS: CAU-
TION: Harmful if swallowed. Harmful if absorbed through skin. Harmful if inhaled. Avoid
contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Avoid breathing vapor or spray mist. Wear long-
sleeved shirt, long pants, shoes plus socks and household latex or rubber gloves when
mixing and applying this product. Wear a hat and eye protection when making overhead
applications. Remove clothing immediately if pesticide soaks clothing. Change cloth
-
ing as soon as possible after use. Wash the outside of gloves before removing. Wash
thoroughly after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or
using the toilet.
FIRST AID: This product is a N-methyl carbamate that inhibits cholinesterase: IF
SWALLOWED: Immediately call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice.
Do not induce vomiting unless told to do so by a poison control center or doctor. Have
person sip a glass of water if able to swallow. Do not give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person. IF ON SKIN OR CLOTHING: Take off contaminated clothing. Rinse
skin immediately with plenty of water for 15-20 minutes. Call a poison control center
or doctor for treatment advice. IF INHALED: Move person to fresh air. If person is not
breathing, call 911 or an ambulance, then give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-
to-mouth if possible. Call a poison control center or doctor for further treatment advice.
IF IN EYES: Hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15-20 minutes.
Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes, then continue rinsing. Call
a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Have the product container or
label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor or going for treatment.

PHYSICIAN: Carbaryl is a N-methyl carbamate that inhibits cholinesterase. Atropine is
antidotal. Do not use 2-PAM (pyridene-2-aldoxime methiodide), opiates or cholinesterase
inhibiting drugs. Probable mucosal damage may contraindicate the use of gastric lavage.
To aid in the confirmation of diagnosis, urine samples should be obtained within 24
hours of exposure and immediately frozen. Analysis will be arranged by TechPac, LLC.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARDS: This product is extremely toxic to aquatic invertebrates. Do
not apply directly to water or allow drift to water. To protect the environment, do not allow
pesticide to enter or run off into storm drains, drainage ditches, gutters or surface waters.
Applying this product in calm weather when rain is not predicted for the next 24 hours
will help to ensure that wind or rain does not blow or wash pesticide off the treatment
area. Rinsing application equipment over the treated area will help avoid run off to water
bodies or drainage systems. BEE CAUTION: MAY KILL HONEYBEES AND OTHER BEES.
This product is highly toxic to honeybees and other bees. Do not apply to plants in bloom.
WARNING: This product contains carbaryl, a chemical known to the State of California to
cause cancer and reproductive harm in laboratory animals.

cool, dry area out of reach of children and animals, preferably in a locked storage area.
Do not store in areas where temperatures frequently exceed 100°F.
Disposal: If empty: Non-refillable container. Do not reuse or refill this container. Offer
for recycling if available.
If partly filled: Call your local solid waste agency or 866-945-5033 for disposal instruc

tions. Never place unused product down any indoor or outdoor drain.
