Assembly Instructions Parts List Step 1. A. Top frames (2) Fit TOP FRAMES (A) over the tops of FRAME POLES (B). G. Wheels (2) Attach BOTTOM FRAMES (C) between FRAME POLES (B) with SCREWS (J) using HEX WRENCH (K). B. Frame poles (4) Repeat steps for second frame. H. Locking wheels (2) Step 2. C.
