Settings on target computer:
In order to be woken up, some settings have to be modified on the target computer:
1. BIOS setting:
Make sure the wake up function in BIOS is Enabled
Note: the naming in the BIOS varies depending on the BIOS type; it may be Wake On LAN/PME,
PME Event Wake Up, or Power On By PCI Device.
2. Windows Settings:
Enter the Properties of Local Area Connection.
