Step 3--
1. Attach Front Legs (3) to Seat Frame (1) with Bolts (B), Spring Washer (E) and Flat Washer (D)
then tighten with Allen Key (F).
2. Please do not fully tighten Bolt (B) until the chair is fully assembled.
Approx 80% tight
