Author and copyright information

• Use the Identification tab if you're planning on publishing some of your

own material and would like declare legal ownership. Enter the Author

name and site Copyright message into each box. The details are not

published directly on the page but are added into each published page's

header.

• Check Include the publication date in the header to include the

publication date along with the author and copyright details.

Viewing and changing project information

WebPlus maintains basic properties and statistics for each project file.

To view or change project properties:

1. Choose Site Properties... from the File menu.

2. Click the Summary tab to view or change fields for Author, Keywords,

Comments, Title, or Subject.

3. Click the Statistics tab to view key dates, etc.

For tracking version history, especially if layout work is being shared, you may

wish to display current properties so they show up on the screen or on a

printout. Properties you can insert include Site title, Filename, Author, Last

Edit Time, Revision Count, and Page Count.

To insert project information in your text:

1. Select the Pointer Tool and click in the text for an insertion point.

2. Choose Information from the Insert menu, then select Site Info... from

the submenu. Select a property to insert and click OK.

If the project information changes, the information field in the text is

automatically updated.
