298 Adding Dynamic Content
Instead of a repeating form, a Repeating E-Commerce Area can be placed on
the Web page. This is essentially a display-only version of the above forms
without the Buy Now or Add to Shopping Cart buttons, i.e. you can view
items but not buy them.
As with basic database merges, e-commerce database merging can make use
of merge lists to
select, filter, and/or sort the actual data to be merged. Once a
merge list is defined, merging and publishing can be performed. (See

296).
Creating an e-commerce data source
You can create an e-commerce database within WebPlus by choosing a
shopping cart provider and choosing provider-specific database fields. This
database, once populated with item records (i.e. the things you want to sell),
can be used as your e-commerce data source which can be merged to a new
Web site.
