Once WebPlus has been installed, you’ll be ready to start. Setup adds a
Serif WebPlus 8.0 item to the Programs submenu of the Windows
Start menu.
 Use the Windows Start button to start WebPlus (or if WebPlus is
already running, choose New from the File menu) to display the
Startup Wizard (menu screen).
WebPlus launches, and you’ll see the Startup Wizard.

Now you can see the normal starting screen. The Startup Wizard
presents four choices:
♦ Use a Web Wizard, to create an instant publication
♦ Start from Scratch, to get a blank page to work on
♦ Open a Publication, to edit your own WebPlus files
♦ View a QuickTour, to see an introductory overview
