The information and options provided in the information bubble are
slightly different for single photos and multiple photos. Latitude and
Longitude co-ordinates are always displayed, as is the option to Delete
Geo-Tag(s). Other displayed information may include a photo
thumbnail, the number of photos associated with the Geo-Tag location,
and the option to view slideshow.
Map boundaries (for Smart albums)
If you create smart albums (see p. 29), you can restrict your album
content to photos from specific geographic areas, called map
boundaries. These boundaries can be drawn around islands, cities, and
countries, even around theme parks and venues. In fact, any geographic
region where a concentration of photos have been taken.
Before creating your smart album, map boundaries need to be created.
To create map boundaries:
1. On the Edit menu, select Map Boundaries.
2. From the Map Boundaries dialog, zoom into the appropriate
level on the Googleâ„¢ map.
3. Click New to allow you to draw your new map boundary.
4. On the map, click repeatedly around your chosen boundary,
drawing straight segmented lines as you go. You can pan and
zoom as you draw your boundary.
Click back on your starting point (the cursor will change to a
hand) to close the area.
