26 Organizing
PhotoStack albums differ from Smart albums as they are populated
manually by various methods and do not have to be based on specific
photo properties.
For more information on creating automatic albums using photo
properties, see Creating smart albums on p. 29.
To create an album:
1. (Optional) In the Library, select photo thumbnail(s) (see p. 24).
2.
On the Organize tab, from the Albums section, click
Create album.
3. In the Create Album dialog:
o Type a name for your album in the Album Name
input box.
o To create an empty album, select Initially Empty.

o To create an album based on your current selection,
select Populate album using selection.
