The photos on the device are imported into the PhotoStack Library and

are also copied to the folder specified in the Import Photos dialog under

Transfer Options. The default specified folder is your Microsoft

Windows Pictures folder.

If your USB device or external hard drive does not appear in the

From drop-down list, ensure it is correctly connected and then,

from the From drop-down list, select Refresh Devices. If this does

not resolve the issue, check All Portable Devices at the top of the

dialog, then display the drop-down list again.

To import photos from a DVD (or CD): :

1. From above your workspace, select

Import.

2. In the Import Photos dialog, in the From drop-down list,

select Browse.

3. In the Browse For Folder dialog, navigate to, then select the

DVD or CD containing your photos.

4. Click OK.

5. Follow the procedure for importing from USB devices (from

Step 3 above).
