To apply 2D effects:
1. Select an object.
2. Display the Effects tab by clicking its tab name (presented vertically
at the right of your screen by default).
• To switch on Feather, Drop Shadow, or Outer Glow, click the
effect's
icon. The effect's default settings are displayed.

i. For other effects, click
Choose Effects at the top of the tab.
ii. From the flyout, select 2D Effects and select an effect from the
submenu. The effect is added to the tab, and its entry in the
flyout will be checked.
3. Adjust settings by altering sliders, values, check boxes, or drop-
down lists. Drag left or right over values to adjust.
As you change settings, the effect on the page updates automatically.
