3. To set text attributes (font, size, etc.) before you start typing, make
selections on the Text context toolbar. For colour, set the Line/Fill
swatches on the Studio's Colour or Swatch tab.
4. Start typing.
To create frame text: :
1. Select
Frame Text Tool on the Drawing toolbar's Text
flyout.
2. From the positioned cursor, either:
• Double-click on the page to create a new frame at a default size.
- or -
• Drag out a frame to your desired frame dimension.
3. (Optional) Set text and colour attributes as for artistic text before
you start typing.
4. Start typing within the frame.
To enter new shape text:
1. Create a QuickShape either from the Drawing toolbar's QuickShape
flyout or by closing a drawn line.
2. With a shape still selected, select
Artistic Text (Drawing toolbar)
and just start typing.
For existing shapes without shape text, select the shape, then the Artistic
Text Tool, then begin typing.
