To cut out selected objects using cookie cutters:
1. From the Knife Tool's context toolbar, click to expand the Preset
Knife Paths flyout.
2. Click a preset shape to apply it to your object as a cutout.
The first and second options offer an easy way to jump between
freehand and straight line cutting.
3. The shape is applied to the object. Adjust the size and shape using the
surrounding square handles and round nodes, respectively.
4. Click the Cut button in the lower-right corner, then click the
unwanted area under the cursor to create your new cutout shape.
