8. Lift bike, remove tray, and roll bike out
of box
9. Install sidestand
o Tighten to 9 Nm using torque tool
10. Install pedals
o The end of each pedal is marked
with either an “L” or “R”,
indicating the side of the bike as
seen by the rider when seated on
the bike.
o The Left pedal has 3 lines on the
pedal spindle. The Right pedal
spindle is smooth.
o The Left pedal is reverse
threaded, or left-hand threaded.
