Assembly • Plug upper blow tube 2 into lower blow tube 3 (fig. A-1) • Plug lower blow tube 3 into main handle (fig. A-3) Start-up • Each time before you use the device, check that the mains plug and mains lead are undamaged. • Insert the extension cable into the strain relief • Move the switch to position 0, • Plug in the mains plug. STARTING/STOPPING THE BLOWER Attach the outlet end of an extension cord to the plug on the rear of the blower. NOTE: Use only approved outdoor extension cord as described previously in this manual. Route the extension cord through the side of the loop located on the rear of the blower housing and place underneath the cord retainer. OPERATING THE BLOWER • To keep from scattering debris, blow around the outer edges of a debris pile. Never blow directly into the center of a pile.

GENERAL MAINTENANCE Avoid using solvents when cleaning plastic parts. Most plastics are susceptible to damage from various types of commercial solvents and may be damaged by their use. Use clean clothes to remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, etc. STORAGE (1 MONTH OR LONGER) • Clean all foreign materials from the blower. • Store indoors in a place that is out of reach of children.
