English and hard-of-hearing users, please do not use the automatic ON setting. This protects normal hearing users from sudden acoustic shock due to loud volume setting. This automatic setting can be selected via a slide switch and is recommended for a single user household. Talking CID and Talking Keypad feature can also be set to ON / OFF via a second slide switch. Open battery compartment cover to expose two small slide switches as shown. 1.

Press and hold key for 3 seconds stops all message playback. 37. DELETE MESSAGES 1. During message playback, press DELETE key once to delete messages. The machine will then play the next message. 2. In standby mode, press and hold DELETE key for 3 seconds to delete all saved messages, the machine will announce “All messages deleted”.

While off-line, Press key on CL-60AP handset to enter menu mode. 2. Press key until you see “TAM” on the screen display. Press key to select. 3. The screen displays “MESSAGE”. Press key to scroll through all TAM menu options (MESSAGE, OGM, and TAM SETTING). Press key to select a sub-menu option for additional choices.
English 45. REMOTE MESSAGE RETRIEVAL: CL-60A allows the user to retrieval messages while away. The remote code (default is “0000”) must be entered at the end of the greeting message when you call in. (Note: Pressing “4” in the middle of a message playback only deletes that message. However, pressing “4” at the end of all message playback deletes all saved messages but not new messages.) 1. Call your house / business where you have your CL60A unit.
