Checking the DVR condition & mounting
When doing your scheduled preventative maintenance, take a moment to check the physical
condition of the DVR.
Is there any visible damage to the exterior of the unit?
Is the locking front cover locked and secure?
Is the DVR securely attached to the mounting plate and is the mounting plate fully
secured in place?
If the cables enter the cable cover through a side or rear knockout hole, is the cable
grommet fully intact to protect the cables from wear?
