2.2.5. Alarms and Signals Menu
Use the Alarms and Signals menu to set the options and events that occur when an
external alarm is received by the DVR. Usually, a driver-activated switch or other
external device causes the alarm.

Alarm Duration The alarm duration is the length of time after an
alarm has been received that the video is
recorded at the alarm speed and quality.
