4. Use 12 AWG stranded wire (recommended) to connect the ground terminal
on the lightning protector to a pipe in the ground.
5. Connect the
SMA-RP connector on the coaxial cable, as shown in Figure 2-10,
to the
ANTENNA SMA-RP connector on the Smart-Reach.
6. Connect the other end of the cable to the lightning protector, as shown in
Figure 2-9. Tighten to a torque spec of 6–10 in-lbs (0.68–1.13 Nm). Do not
overtighten.
