Troubleshooting
If your device does not work…
- Ensure your computer is turned on.
- Restart computer and see if device
is recognized on the computer.
- Plug in both cable connectors to the
computer.
- Check your device by plugging it
into your computer directly to see if
it is working. If it is not working, call
your device manufacturer.
If the device is still not working
properly…
