SOCKET CONNECTOR - 6 CONDUCTOR
TOWING ACCESSORIES
1100-41
Balances braking force between trailer and towing vehicle by controlling the maximum braking power
of the trailer brakes. Light trailers with aggressive brakes are quickly corrected with simple thumb-
screw adjustment. Small base 2 1/8” x 4 15/16” makes under-the-hood mounting easy. Corrosion
resistant and high-impact material in base.
Recommended for recreational and light commercial applications. Up to four brake capacity. 12V. 0-
2.8 ohms resistance.
SYSTEM RESISTOR
1300-78
Properly proportions the braking power of the trailer brakes to the trailer weight. The load control is a
variable resistor that allows the operator to reduce correct flow to the trailer brakes by turning the control
knob. Depending on road conditions and the trailer load, the knob may be set at any position between
“Min. Brake” and “Max. Brake.” Installs flush with dash or under dash. Recommended for all applications
where load variations of 20 percent or more may occur. Up to six brake capacity. 12V, 0-5 ohms.
LOAD CONTROL
6-conductor coupling cables designed specifically for electric brake system requirements. Molded rub-
ber plug and cable is weather-resistant and designed with self-cleaning contact blades and a non-slip
plug/socket friction fit to prevent cable disconnection.
6-conductor cables are designed with plugs on both ends (PBE series) or plug on one end (POE
series).
