ProTech 300 Boiler Treatment - Has been designed to be used in boiler
treatment programs at a lower cost. These programs insist the boiler owner meet
certain nitrite levels in order to comply with warranty requirements in regards to
boiler corrosion protection. Adding 1 gallon of ProTech 300 to 300 gallons of boiler
fill water will yield +/- 1000 ppm nitrite. Suggested nitrite levels are: 750ppm =
Adequate, 1000 ppm = Good, 1500 ppm = Great. Dose system accordingly on re-
quired control levels set by your boiler manufacturer and your system’s nitrite needs
based on test results. Do it yourself test kits are available, see the ProTech 300 Test
Kit below. The manufacturers can’t tell the difference if you're using their expensive
brand or our ProTech 300, so send it into their labs to be tested without worry.

This test kit is designed to provide an easy and accurate means to determine the
level or amount of nitrite in your system. Testing nitrite on your own, ensures you
are meeting manufacturer requirements. Proper chemical level within your system is
essential to product performance and system protection. Test your water before you
send it to the manufacturer’s lab to ensure you get the full warranty on your unit.
The labs can’t tell if you’re using our product or theirs. Approximately 25 tests.

CF205
CF205 System Cleaner - Has been specifically designed for safely cleaning out-
door & indoor wood boilers with mild steel and/or stainless steel construction.
CF205 will safely remove deposits within the system that compromise boiler efficien-
cy and promote corrosion. CF205 will also effectively re-establish a corrosion barrier
at the metal surface as it works its cleaning action. CF205 may be used in other hy-
dronic and solar applications as well. CF205 is environmentally friendly. One quart
treats 200 gallons. It can be used with white vinegar to help with heavy corrosion.
Units that evaporate 50 gallons: add 1 gallon of white vinegar with CF205. You can
use up to 3 gallons of white vinegar with 1 CF205 (Nice Trick to Save Money!) Run
CF205 in your unit for 4 to 8 hours and drain, refill and add boiler treatment. We
recommend ProTech 300 or A200.
