About Us:
We are a hard working, family team. Our business
motto is “We are only as good as our customers.” This
business exists because of you!! We live in Connecticut
with our three children and have been in the wood
furnace business for over 10 years. After selling and
installing hundreds of wood stoves ourselves, we are
able to help you with everything from sizing the stove,
parts for installation and supplies for proper
maintenance.
Our Prices:
We work hard to get the very best price for everyone.
Because we buy in large quantities we are able to keep our prices down. If you represent or know of someone
who represents our products, we would love to talk. There is always room for improvement and we don’t
forget the people that help us.
Placing an Order:
You can shop online through our website at www.AltHeatSupply.com, send us an e-mail, fax or call to order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Shipping Policies:
Free shipping on most orders over $250 within the Continental United States. This does not apply to orders to
Canada & Alaska, certain items that must be sent via Freight and a few oversized items. We ship via UPS
Ground. Shipping prices will vary, oversized and overweight charges may apply on some items. We do not ship
to Hawaii.
Policies:
Any order discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of receiving products. Returns are accepted within
14 days of receiving the items. No returns on special order items.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Return Policy:
All returns paid with a credit card are subject to a 7% return fee. Any items not returned in their original
condition and/or box/packaging will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the item is not resalable, customers
can choose to abandon the item or pay to have it returned to them. Returned or bounced checks will be
charged an additional $25.00.
Warranty Items:
All warranty items must be returned within 7 days of contacting us. If we do not receive the item in a timely
manner, we may not be able to warranty the item. If returned after 7 days, a 15% fee will be deducted from
the reimbursement. This is done automatically, no exceptions. If you need the item ASAP, even before you
return the defective item, you will be required to purchase the item, and then return the defective item within
7 days. At that time a full refund will be given. Customers are responsible for all costs of shipping the warranty
items. No exceptions!
