Coordinators

CB1 must be specified any time it is possible for the inactive door to be opened be-

fore the active door. This prevents damage to the doors and all other hardware. It’s

nylon roller insures quiet and efficient operation.

COR Series Coordinators prevent the active door from closing before the inactive

door. This is done by means of a lever and trigger mechanism.

COR7G & COR9G Gravity Coordinators are designed for use on pairs of doors

with or without an astragal. Gravity action arm and door bracket are adjustable. It’s

nylon roller insures quiet and efficient operation and helps protect the astragal and

doors from damage. COR7G has a 7” projection, COR9G has a 9” projection.

MB1 & MB2 Mounting Brackets allow stop mounted hardware to be properly in-

stalled without damaging the COR coordinator, such as the parallel arm closer or a

non-fire rated vertical rod strike. Use MB1 for stop widths over 2-1/2” ; MB2 for stop

width up to 2-1/2”.

FL20, FL32 & FL44 Filler Bars are aluminum and are field sized to frame opening.

7200 Series Pivot Sets

7212 & 7215 - Handed 3/4” offset pivot set consisting of a jamb mounted bottom

pivot (handed) and a head frame mounted top pivot (non-handed). 7212 has a

maximum load of 200 pounds and 7215 has a maximum load of 500 pounds.

7222 - Handed 3/4” offset pivot set consisting of a base plate mounted bottom pivot

(handed) and a head frame mounted top pivot (non-handed). Has a maximum load

of 200 pounds.

7253 - Center hung pivot set consists of a base plate mounted bottom pivot and a

head frame mounted top pivot. Has a maximum load of 300 pounds.

All sets require a minimum door thickness of 1-3/4”. Can purchase individually.

Flush Bolts

FB358 Manual Flush Bolts are for wood doors. Bolts have 3/4” throw with a 7/8”

vertical adjustment, non-handed.

FB458 Manual Flush Bolts are for metal doors. Bolts have 3/4” throw with a bolt

backset of 3/4”. Standard rod length is 12”, which is measured from the center of

the flush bolt body to the bolt tip, optional lengths are available.

FB31 Automatic Flush Bolts are for metal doors. They are fully automatic, the in-

active door is latched when the active door closes, bolts retract when the active

door is opened. Standard rod length is 12”, non-handed.

FB41 Automatic Flush Bolts are for wood doors. They are fully automatic, the in-

active door is latched when the active door closes, bolts retract when the door is

opened. Bolts have 3/4” throw with a 7/8” vertical adjustment, non-handed.

DP1 & DP2 are dust proof strikes designed for use with the bottom bolt of all flush-

bolts. DP1 for threshold and DP2 for floor and/or threshold. The spring loaded

plunger returns to the floor or threshold anytime flushbolt is retracted.
