JLM Wholesale is a family owned business started
in 1984 by Janet Mirku in Oxford, Michigan. As of
2010, her daughter, Annette Baldwin, continues

F2164 Fail Locked Electric Strike
This fire rated electric strike combines strength (1500 lbs holding force) and con-
venience (everything you need is in the box). The “Saw-tooth Adjustment Locator”
design that allows the installer to move the deadbolt keeper, or deadlatch ramp ver-
tically to align with a wide variety of mortise locks with offset latches. There’s no
need to order special faceplates, you can adjust the strike to work with any mortise
lock. F2164 includes a faceplate for centreline latch entry. “Plug-in” latch monitor
switch option can be added in the field if you decide monitoring is required after
install. Made by Rutherford Controls.

• Fire Rated (UL10C) / Burglary Resistant (UL1034)

cations provide a remote means
of unlocking exit devices. UL Listed for both panic and fire exit hardware. Motor
