HL-6 Push/Pull Latch
HL-6 Push/Pull Latch is installed where both versatility
and durability are critical. Ideal for use on commercial
and institutional doors, including fire doors, up to 1-3/4”.
The short throw angle allows an easy push or pull action
to open the door even when hands are not free. Can be
mounted in any of 6 different positions.

90 Series HD Surface Holders
Models are available in 300 Series stainless steel,
brass/bronze, and steel materials. Three basic models
are available, each offered in five sizes to accommodate
virtually all openings.
All models incorporate a heavy duty channel and slide
arm design and offset jamb brackets for improved com-
patibility with door closers. Unique design allows for
simple field changing of functions to compensate for
changes in user requirements. If, for example, a hold-
open model is furnished and it is determined at a later
date that a stop-only model would better suit the ap-
plication, a simple field change can be made to convert
the hold-open unit to a stop-only function, or to friction
if so required. Kits are available for simple conversion
in the field.
90H Series Hold-Open Model - Features a selective
hold-open mechanism which is easily controlled by a
serrated knob on the underside of the channel. Flipped
one way the control knob engages the hold-open
mechanism, allowing the door to be held open at a pre-
determined position from 85 to 110 degrees. Flipped
the opposite way, the unit acts as a stop and shock ab-
sorber. The tension on the hold-open mechanism is ad-
justable to satisfy individual requirements due to air
currents or exterior conditions.
90F Series Friction Hold-Open Model - Provides a
heavy duty multi-point hold-open mechanism, permit-
ting the door to be held open at various degrees. The
tension on the friction mechanism is adjustable to suit
field requirements.
90S Series - Stop-Only Model - Features the same
rugged shock absorbing mechanism used on the hold-
open model, but the hold-open mechanism is re-
moved.

100 Series HD Concealed Holders
The 100 Series units provide a wide range of optional
features. Three basic models are available, each offered
in six sizes to accommodate virtually all openings. All
models are furnished standard with an offset style jamb
bracket.

as high frequency use or large doors, or doors subject
to abuse, the 100 Series units provide a wide range of

100H Series Hold-Open Model - The 100H Series
hold open model features the most reliable hold open
mechanism which is both selective and adjustable. The
unit features a control knob which turns the hold open
function on or off. The hold open tension is simply ad-
justable with a normal screwdriver. Set in the inactive
position, the unit acts as a stop and shock absorber.
100F Series Friction Hold-Open Model - The 100F
friction hold open models provide a heavy duty multi-
point hold open mechanism and adjustable tension.
100S Series Stop-Only Model - The 100S Series stop
only models provide the same rugged shock absorbing
ability as the 100H units, but are furnished less the hold
open mechanism for applications that do not require
hold open capability.

ishes to fit all medium to light duty applications. These
models are available in five sizes to accommodate vir-
tually all openings. All models incorporate popular
channel/slide arm design and offset jamb brackets. Im-
proved design allows for simple field changing of func-
tions to compensate for changes in user requirements.
450H Series Hold-open Model - Features an ad-
justable, automatic hold-open. The hold-open mech-
anism has been cycled in excess of the 250,000 cycles
required for a Grade 1 holder, providing an automatic,
adjustable hold open when the door reaches the tem-
plated degree of hold open.
450S Series Stop-only Model - Offers a smooth and
rugged shock absorbing mechanism designed to pro-
tect door and frame.
450F Series Friction Hold-open Model - Provides a
convenient multi-point hold open mechanism, permit-
ting the door to be held open at various degrees. The
tension on the friction mechanism is adjustable.

Door Opening
280 Series Holder/Release Smoke Detector
280 Series holder/release smoke detector is designed to allow
fire doors to remain open for easy passage, while releasing doors
in an emergency. 280 Series features an internal ionization type
smoke detector, powered by a single nine volt battery. Its fail
safe operation automatically releases the door when battery
power drops below 7.2 volts.
280 Series also features adjustable hold-open. SensaGuard
TM
will
hold the door open at a single, adjustable position. Pull side

280 Series is self-contained and easy to install. The unit surface
mounts to the top of the door frame and the arm attaches to the
