The equipment operator must:

S Press the Horn SILENCE button to deactivate the alarm.

S Stop the fill process that caused the overfilling and lower the

amount of material in the tank/hopper to the Refill Start Setpoint

(the OVER lamp goes off, the NORMAL lamp goes on and the

RIA 450 Level Controller will activate the pump/automatic gun as

required.

For operating instructions on the FEC 12 Electronic Insert, open the

cover with a screwdriver. Inside the cover are symbols describing

operating procedures.

Switches

NOTE: Verify switch positions. Both switches should be set to center.
