RIA 450 Controller
WARNING: Warning on RIA 450 Level Controller: Disconnect
power before opening cabinet ground equipment. Failure to
follow these instructions may result in death.
The Endres+Hauser RIA 450 Controller is a subassembly of the Control
Box. The Controller has four user programmable setpoints and each
setpoint has a user programmable hysteresis. The Controller is
responsible for refill, shutoff, and alarm functions as follows.
S Automatically signaling the feed unit to fill the applicator unit when
the refill start setpoint is reached.
S Automatically signaling the feed unit to shut off when the level in
the applicator unit reaches the refill shut off setpoint.
S Sounding an alarm when a low alarm or high alarm setpoint is
reached.
