Generally we use FC ber optic connector the housing made by met-
al. Totally there are three types FC ber connectors: single mode FC
UPC FC ber connector, single mode FC APC ber connector and
multimode FC UPC ber connectors. UPC type connector boot usu-
ally is black color, APC boot is green color.

SC is square shape design, with push-pull latching mechanism, its
keyed, molded housing provide optimum protection. SC ber connector
adopt 2.5mm ceramic ferrule. SC ber products are available by both
single mode and multimode versions, single mode SC have two types,
one is SC UPC and the other is SC APC, multimode only has SC UPC
connectors. According to the industrial practice, single mode SC UPC
connector is blue color, single mode SC APC connector is green color,
multimode SC UPC is beige color.

ST ber connector is with twist-lock bayonet coupling, its 2.5mm keyed
ferrule meet the durability and repeatability requirement for the b-
er optic links. Typical ST ber optic connector use metal housing, but
plastic housed ST connectors are also used sometimes. ST connectors
are generally three types: single mode ST UPC ber optic connector,
single mode ST APC ber optic connector, multimode ST UPC ber
optic connector.

E2000 ber optic connectors and related products include both single
mode and multimode types. ere are single mode E2000 UPC con-
nector, single mode E2000 APC connector and multimode E2000 UPC
connectors, and there are adapters to use with them accordingly.
