Dear Application Examiner:
Sensus USA Inc, FCC grantee code SDB and ISED grantee code 2220A, wishes to submit the SONIXIQV2 product as a
modularly approved device. This device will not be licensed for third party use nor will it be sold as a modular device.
Sensus will use this module in our own gas meter products. As the sole host and module manufacturer, Sensus will not
submit a manual in the certification application. Installation instructions are contained within internal manufacturing
documents and all applicable compliance statements are contained in the Theory of Operations which will be held in
long term confidentiality.
