FlexNet Activation Instructions: Meter and Endpoint Interaction In normal operation, the FlexNet meter will send Set TOU Rate ant Current Time commands out periodically to Demand Response (DR) endpoints in the premises. The HANXCVR01 will transmit Thermostat Status Messages at the programmed Transmit Supervisory Rate.
