o 1..33: from -19.5 dB to less than -3 dB with 0
.5 dB steps
o 34: -3 dB or greater
o SARA-R4 / SARA-N4 - The value 255 is return
if not known or not detectable

7.2.1Description
Returns the MSISDNs related to this subscriber. If the subscriber has different MSISDN for different services,
each MSISDN is returned in a separate line.
MSISDN is read from the SIM.
