<response> String The response of successful completion of the command previously issued
(hexadecimal character format; see the +CSCS). STATUS and GET RESPONSE
return data, which gives information about the current elementary datafield. This
information includes the type of file and its size (see the 3GPP TS 51.011 [17] and the
ETSI TS 102 221 [73]). After READ BINARY or READ RECORD command the requested
data will be returned. <response> is not returned after a successful UPDATE BINARY
or UPDATE RECORD command.

11.3.1Description
Reads the language from the SIM.
The read syntax will display the most preferred language from the preferred language list in:
SARA-R4 / SARA-N4 - EF
ELP
(3F00/2F05). If the EF-ELP file does not exist, the preferred language is read
from EF-LP (6F05) file.
