Problem Solution The machine produces less coffee than before. Perhaps the sieve in the centre of the pod holder is clogged. If it is, unclog the sieve by holding the pod holder under a running tap. If necessary, use a washing-up brush or a pin to unclog the sieve. Descale the machine (see chapter ‘Descaling’). The SENSEO® coffee machine brews only a small quantity of coffee or no coffee at all when I use it for the first time. You have not flushed the machine properly before first use.
