Low Quality
Selecting this option, will change everyone's video to a low resolution of 176 x 144, with 3 Frames Per
Second (FPS).
Medium Quality
The standard setting for meetings - this will change everyone's video to a resolution of 320 x 240, with 15
Frames Per Second (FPS). The videos will be smoother when compared to Low Quality.
High Quality
This will change everyone's video to a resolution of 640 x 480, with 15 Frames Per Second (FPS).
