Camera
You will be prompted to confirm whether you
are sure that you want to delete the image –
press Yes g or No d accordingly.
! To take a photo using the self timer
1. Activate the Camera.
2. Holding the phone upright, use the screen as the
viewfinder for your picture.
3. Press Options g and select Self timer. A
countdown timer is displayed at the bottom of
the screen. When the counter reaches zero, the
photo is taken.
Sending a photo
Once you have taken a photo, you can send it to
your friends straight away.
! To send a photo
1. Press Options g and select Send.
2. Scroll through the sub-menu to select a method
of sending your picture and press Select .
Options are:
• Via MMS
• Via e-mail
• Via infrared
• Via Bluetooth
To find out how to send pictures via a Bluetooth or
infrared connection, see Connectivity on Page 142.
3. If you have selected Via MMS or Via e-mail, a
new message screen is displayed. Send your
message in the normal way. For more
information see Creating and sending messages
on Page 62.
Camera options
The Options menu in the Camera screen contains
the following commands:
Select this To
Capture Take a photo.
Self timer Take a photo when the countdown timer
reaches zero.
Camcorder Launch the Camcorder.
Delete Delete an image.
Send Send an image to a recipient via MMS, Email,
or via a Bluetooth or infrared connection.
Rename
image
Rename an image file.
Go to images Open the Photo Album. See Photo Album on
Page 93 for details.
Edit picture Open the Image Editor. See Image Editor on
Page 96 for details.
Settings Change the Camera settings. See the Settings
section below.
Help Activate the context sensitive help function.
Exit Close the Camera.
