Problem Solution
SYNC ERROR appears
when syncing devices.
• Make sure that both the transmitter and receiver
are powered on.
• Make sure that both IR ports are facing each other,
and that they are no more than 8 inches (20 cm)
apart.
• If you are using multiple transmitters and receivers,
make sure that the transmitter and receiver are
from the same frequency group (see Frequency
Chart above).
