5 You c onfirm t hat you h ave r ead t his r elease of l iability and f ully understand i ts t erms and t hat you have given up
substantial rights by not returning the Device for a full refund (see refund option below).
Two-Year Limited Warranty
Sena Technologies, Inc. (“Sena”) warrants that this product (“Product”) shall conform to and perform in accordance with
published technical specifications and the accompanying written materials, and shall be free of defects in materials and
workmanship, for a period of two (2) year from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the Product. The
limited warranty extends only to the original consumer purchaser of the Product and is not assignable or transferable to
any subsequent purchaser/end-user.
This w arranty i s l imited t o the r epair an d/or r eplacement, at Sena’s di scretion, o f def ective or non-conforming Product,
and S ena s hall n ot be r esponsible f or t he f ailure o f t he Product t o perform s pecified f unctions, or an y other n on-
conformance c aused b y or at tributable t o: ( a) an y m isapplication or m isuse of t he P roduct; ( b) f ailure of C ustomer t o
adhere t o a ny of Sena’s s pecifications or i nstructions; ( c) ne glect of , a buse of , or ac cident t o, t he Product; or ( d) a ny
associated or complementary equipment or software not furnished by Sena.
Limited warranty s ervice may be obtained b y delivering the Product t o Sena or t o t he i nternational d istributor it w as
purchased through and providing proof of purchase or receipt date. Customer agrees to insure the Product or assume the
risk of l oss or da mage i n transit, t o prepay s hipping c harges t o S ena, and t o us e t he or iginal s hipping c ontainer or
equivalent.
Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT AS EX PRESSLY PR OVIDED H EREIN, S ENA M AKES N O WARRANTY O F AN Y KIND, EXPRESSED O R
IMPLIED, WITH R ESPECT T O AN Y EQUIPMENT, P ARTS O R S ERVICES P ROVIDED PURSUANT T O THIS
AGREEMENT, I NCLUDING BUT NO T LIMITED T O T HE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF M ERCHANTABILITY AN D
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER SENA NOR ITS DEALER SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER
DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NO T L IMITED T O DI RECT, I NDIRECT, I NCIDENTAL, S PECIAL O R CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION IN CONTRACT OR TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY),
SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR BENEFITS RESULTING FROM, OR ARISING
OUT O F, O R I N CO NNECTION WITH T HE US E O F F URNISHING O F E QUIPMENT, P ARTS O R S ERVICES
HEREUNDER OR THE PERFORMANCE, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SAME, EVEN IF SENA OR ITS DEALER
HAS B EEN ADVISED O F T HE PO SSIBILITY O F SUCH D AMAGES. I N NO EVENT WILL SEN A O R I TS D EALERS
TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PRICE PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.
Return for Full Refund
IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO ACCEPT AND AGREE TO THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, YOU MAY RETURN THIS DEVICE
TO SENA FOR A FULL REFUND, PROVIDED THAT YOU DO SO NO LATER THAN 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOLLOWING
THE PURCHASE OF THE DEVICE AND SUBJECT TO THE WRAPPING BEING INTACT. WHEN DOING SO, PLEASE
REFER T O T HIS S ECTION. B Y NO T RE TURNING T HE DE VICE F OR RE FUND WITHIN THE P ERIOD P ROVIDED,
YOU ARE EXPLICITLY IN AGREEMENT WITH THE ABOVE AND RENOUNCE ALL RIGHTS TO FUTURE CLAIMS AND

this de vice only out of pu blic t raffic s uch as pr ivate pr operties or c losed c ircuits. I f t he s imultaneous us e of bot h ear
speakers while riding a motorcycle is prohibited by your local law, please use only a single ear speaker while riding. Sena
denies any liability should you choose not to respect this warning.
Using the headset with loud volume may be harmful to your eardrums and cause hearing loss. Please maintain proper
volume level to protect your ears.
