You can disable voice prompts by configuration setting, but the following voice prompts are always on.

- Voice prompts for battery level Indicator
- Voice prompts for factory reset
6.9 Delete All Bluetooth Pairing Information

To delete all Bluetooth pairing information of the SMH10R, press the (+) Button or the (-) Button until you hear a voice
prompt, “Delete all pairings”, and press the Center Button to confirm.
6.10 Reset to Factory Default Setting

“Factory reset”, and press the Center Button to confirm then SMH10R will power off with a voice prompt saying “Headset
reset, good-bye”.
